Installation of buildings and structures
We erect small buildings and structures on construction sites — crane units, wall panels, rafter systems, crane rails, etc. We deliver, store and install them ourselves. We perform verification and temporary fastening, monolithic joints and seams, provide anti-corrosion protection of parts. Before installation, we draw up project documentation: scope of work; installation and pre-installation reinforcement schemes, drawings of temporary supports and additional technical requirements. The cost of installation depends on the scope of work, its complexity and the equipment used.
Manufacturing and installation of metal structures
We prepare and install custom metal structures — trusses, purlins, building frames, fences, platforms, hangars, garages, beams made of wide-flange I-beams and metal sheets, crane tracks, crossbars. Our production facilities allow us to manufacture and install metal structures of any complexity and purpose. We carry out part of the assembly at the production facility, and the main part — at the construction site. We prime, paint and prepare the object for further use ourselves.
Monolithic construction
Monolithic construction is the construction of residential and industrial buildings from reinforced concrete. We install removable formwork, prepare the foundation, install walls, roofing and ties, assemble panels, make a frame from iron and prepare plugs. Before starting work, we draw up documentation on the project and determine: the internal layout of the premises, the area of the building and the supporting frame. By agreement, we install internal utility networks and prepare the final finishing of the premises.
