Dismantling works

Dismantling of buildings and structures

Dismantling of buildings and structures is a partial or complete dismantling of buildings. We remove construction waste for reuse or recycling. We use hydraulic hammers, crushers, hydraulic shears, grabs and magnets for our work.

Complete demolition is suitable for situations where complete clearing of the territory and removal of the foundation of buildings is required. Everything
unnecessary is destroyed, and construction waste is removed.

Partial dismantling is suitable for those who want to leave part of the demolished building for future construction –
the foundation, floors or walls. Before starting work, we conduct a technical examination to assess the degree of wear
and the scale of the work.

Dismantling of metal structures

We remove temporary structures that remain on the construction site – hangars, machines, metal frames, workshop buildings, garages, supports, etc. We dispose of old and unnecessary metal structures. The dismantling method is selected taking into account the customer’s wishes.

The cost of the service depends on the area, complexity of dismantling and equipment that is working on the construction site. We save materials during dismantling, so metal structures can be reinstalled. For work, we use hydraulic hammers, crushers, hydraulic shears, grabs and magnets.

Industrial dismantling

Industrial dismantling is partial or complete demolition of industrial facilities. We dismantle factories, plants, workshops, hangars, warehouses, outbuildings, houses, concrete and reinforced concrete structures. The dismantling method is selected taking into account the customer’s wishes.

We demolish walls and ceilings, dismantle roofs, remove foundations and dismantle ducts. For dismantling, we use hydraulic hammers, crushers and hydraulic shears. Before starting work, we conduct a technical examination and prepare documents.

Recycling

We recycle construction waste after dismantling buildings and prepare it for reuse. We crush, sort by size and clean from impurities or inclusions. We remove construction waste that cannot be recycled. Recycling is a profitable waste management option. Reinforcement separated from concrete can be used in construction, and crushed stone – for backfilling pits and hazardous areas. Before starting recycling, we conduct a technical examination and fill out a work plan.

Dismantling of reinforced concrete structures

We dismantle old buildings, industrial structures, residential buildings, emergency buildings, slabs and floors. We remove reinforced concrete floors and walls, dismantle concrete screeds. The dismantling method is selected taking into account the customer’s wishes. We use hydraulic hammers and crushers for the work. Before demolition, we assess the position of the dismantled object, check the presence of communication systems in the floors and determine the condition of the reinforced concrete structure.
